For an online tax return, after submitting the order form, you will be automatically forwarded to the document upload for the relevant tax documents.

If you want to send your documents by post, please make a note in the comments field.

We prefer to receive your tax documents online with our document upload, but the delivery of tax documents by post is still very welcome and we thank you for your valued order.

  • for married people (name of wife, date of birth, denomination)(new customers only / change)

  • Any children (name/date of birth), alimony (new customers only / change)

  • Address of place of work(if not consistent with salary statement (personnel office))

  • Moving in the tax year (move date)

  • Note if documents are submitted by post

  • Other important comments...
